Deutz 511 Essential Diesel Engine Bolt Tightening Torques

 

Deutz 511 Main Bearing Bolts
step 1 = 30 Nm
step 2 = + 30 degrees
step 3 = + 30 degrees
(total = 60 degrees)

Deutz 511 Connecting Rod Bolts
step 1 = 30 Nm
step 2 = + 30 degrees
step 3 = + 60 degrees
(total = 90 degrees)

Deutz 511 Cylinder Head Bolts
step 1 = 40 Nm
step 2 = + 45 degrees
step 3 = + 45 degrees
step 4 = + 45 degrees
step 5 = + 30 degrees
(total = 165 degrees)
